Mickael Girard has been the CEO of Elior France, a leader in collective catering, since 2024. He has been working in the restaurant and service industry for nearly thirty years, mostly with the Elior and Casino groups. With a diploma in Hospitality and Catering, he climbed the ranks step by step, then completed an Executive MBA before becoming operations director. He is also involved in the nonprofit sector, serving as president and board member of several organizations.
