When should you book your accommodation?
As early as possible. During the five days of the trade show, hotel demand is very high in Lyon, and the best places book up first. Booking as soon as ticket sales open gives you more choice in terms of neighborhood and price range.
Are the rates different from those usually displayed?

I’m coming with my team. Do I need to book room by room?
For groups of more than five people, please use the group booking form. A dedicated project manager will handle your request and suggest solutions tailored to your number of rooms, your dates, and your budget.
Which area should you stay in to get to the trade show easily?
The trade show takes place at Eurexpo, east of Lyon. Two options work well: staying close to the exhibition center to reduce travel time, or staying in central Lyon to enjoy the city in the evening. 
Can I modify or cancel my booking?
Changes and cancellations are subject to the conditions specific to each establishment, as indicated at the time of booking. For a group booking, please send your request to your project manager.
Does Sirha Lyon manage bookings directly?
No. Individual bookings are made through Booking.com, which remains your point of contact for payment and stay management. Group requests are handled by the Sirha Lyon teams, who put you in touch with the establishments.
