When and where does Sirha Lyon 2027 take place?

Answer

Sirha Lyon 2027 runs from 21 to 25 January 2027 at Eurexpo Lyon, from 9:00 am to 6:00 pm. For five days, the show brings together professionals from catering, hospitality, food and hotel industries.

Question 2

Is the show open to the general public?

Answer

No. Sirha Lyon is a trade-only show, reserved for industry professionals. A valid, personal access badge is required to enter.

Question 3

What is Sirha Connect?

Answer

Sirha Connect is the official event app, designed to support you before, during and after the show. Available on iOS and Android, it allows you to browse the event programme, find exhibitors, schedule meetings, expand your network and access your badge. Are you an exhibitor? Simply scan visitors' badges to easily collect and qualify your leads.

Question 4

I have received an invitation code, how do I get my badge?

Answer

To generate your free badge using your invitation code, go to the online ticketing service and enter your code in the "I have an invitation code" field.

Question 5

I have received a paper invitation, how do I get my badge?

Answer

A unique code appears on your paper invitation. Enter it in the online ticketing service, in the "I have an invitation code" field, to turn your invitation into a badge. Please note: a paper invitation is not an access badge. You must convert it into a badge before you come.

Question 6

I have not received my ticket or badge. What should I do?

Answer

First check the junk or spam folders of your mailbox. If you still cannot find your ticket or badge, there are three options: - On the ticketing service, go to the home page and enter your email address under "Find my badge" - In your Participant Area, log in to find your badge directly, using the link at the top right of the website - In the Sirha Connect app, where your badge is also available.

Can I change the details on my badge?

Answer

The personal details shown on your badge cannot be changed. If you made a mistake during registration, contact visitor support at hotlinesirhafood@gl-events.com.

Question 8

Can I buy several badges?

Answer

No. Each badge is individual and personal, and must be ordered separately, using a unique personal email address. Identity checks may be carried out on site to verify that the participant matches the details on the badge.

Question 9

Can children attend the show?

Answer

Sirha Lyon is a trade-only show, so bringing children is not recommended. Children under 15 must come to the welcome desk with their legal guardian and proof of identity to obtain a free one-day Child Pass. From the age of 15, a valid access badge is required.

Question 10

Will I receive an order confirmation?

Answer

Yes. A confirmation email is sent automatically once your online payment is validated. It contains your badge, plus a link to your personal area if you have made additional purchases.

Can I cancel my order?

Answer

Tickets and badges are neither exchangeable nor refundable, except if the event is cancelled or as provided for in the Terms and Conditions of Sale.

How do I get an invoice?

Answer

An invoice is sent automatically with your order confirmation email. You can also download it at any time from your personal area.

Can I place several orders with the same email address?

Answer

No. One order corresponds to one unique email address.

Can I add options to my order?

Answer

Yes, options can be added to an existing order. For additional products, go to the online ticketing service, section "I already have a badge", and add the options you want. For evening tickets, go to the online ticketing service, section "Evening tickets".

What is the Early Bird offer?

Answer

The Early Bird offer is a price reduction on the various badges available through Sirha Lyon 2027 ticketing, until 1 November 2026 included.

I have a disability, can I get a reduced rate?

Answer

Yes. The Visitor Pass is free for people with disabilities. Apply directly through the ticketing service, under "Jobseeker or starting a business", then select the "Other" field. Supporting documents will be requested. For other types of pass, see the offers available on the ticketing service. No specific preferential rate applies to them.

How do I get an invitation letter for my visa?

Answer

If you requested your invitation letter when registering, it was sent to you by email along with your badge. It is also available in your personal area. To obtain it after registering, go to your personal area using the button in your confirmation email. You can then generate your letter online.

How do I get the most out of my visit?

Answer

Start by setting three or four priorities: sourcing and buying, spotting trends, meeting people and networking, following the competitions, or hosting your clients and partners. The show is organised by sector, which makes it easy to build a coherent route. Then identify the exhibitors you want to meet, locate their halls and stands, choose your conferences and demonstrations, and plan your meetings. Group your visits by area to avoid going back and forth between halls, and keep a few slots free for discoveries.

What is new in the 2027 edition?

- Hospitality Factory (Hall 7): a new space devoted to design, furniture, tableware, service solutions, customer journey technologies, scenography and premium services. - Sirha Pizza World: a dedicated pizza sector with its own exhibitors, restaurant, competition and programme. - An expanded drinks offer: beverages, wines and spirits and coffee, combining product, service, tasting and customer experience.

Which are the competitions and where do they take place?

Sirha Lyon 2027 will host 28 competitions across the show's various stages, from January 21 to 25, 2027. The Competition Arena will host three major international competitions, including two of the world's most prestigious gastronomy events: · The Coupe du Monde de la Pâtisserie (Pastry World Cup), on January 22 and 23, 2027. · The Bocuse d'Or, on January 24 and 25, 2027. · The International Catering Cup, on January 21, 2027, bringing together the world's leading catering professionals. The other competitions will take place across the show's various themed stages: · Sirha Métiers de Bouche: 8 competitions celebrating culinary craftsmanship, including the World Burger Contest, L'Écailler d'Or and Golden Fish. · Sirha Pizza World: 6 competitions dedicated to the world of pizza and pasta. · Sirha Lifestyle: 2 competitions focusing on service and hospitality professions. · Sirha Bake: 2 bakery competitions, including the Coupe de France de la Boulangerie (French Bakery Cup). · Sirha Coffee: 5 competitions showcasing coffee professionals and barista expertise. · Place des Lumières: 2 events dedicated to innovation, featuring the Sirha Innovation Awards and Sirha Pitch.

The stages bring together conferences, demonstrations, masterclasses, competitions and talks: - Sirha Food Forum, the big issues facing Food Service - Sirha Bake, bakery and pastry - Sirha Métiers de Bouche, trade competitions - Sirha Lifestyle, customer experience and hospitality - Sirha Coffee Lab, coffee, tastings, competitions and masterclasses; Bar des Innovations, drinks trends - Sirha Pizza World, the new stage dedicated to pizza.

Can I buy a badge on site?

Answer

Badges and additional products are sold on site, at the show's welcome desks. We still recommend booking in advance to avoid queuing.

Is the show accessible to people with reduced mobility?

Answer

Yes. Accessible entry is via the main entrance, and all halls are on one level to make moving around easier.

Are animals allowed at the show?

Answer

No, animals are not allowed at the show, with the exception of guide dogs and assistance animals accompanying people with disabilities.
