With over thirty years in the coffee industry, including leadership roles in major groups (Autobar Pelican Rouge, Cafés Negrita), he has a broad understanding of the market, from sourcing raw materials to B2B and HoReCa business strategies. He combines strategic vision with hands-on commitment, serving as President of the MOF Roaster class and Honorary President of the Coffee Collective, promoting excellence in the French coffee industry.
