Michael Ballay, a graduate of Grenoble Ecole de Management, is a recognized expert in the food service sector. He joined Food Service Vision right at its start in 2005 as Head of Research, then started his own catering business before returning to work with François Blouin in 2018. He is now Deputy CEO of Food Service Vision and advises a number of major players in the industry.
