MINOTERIE BATIGNE
Located in the Tarn region of France, Moulin Batigne has been operating in the heart of the Occitan region since 1650. The Batigne family practised the milling trade for over 350 years before handing over to Bertrand Girardeau in 2022, the 4th generation of a milling family.
Close to the Spanish border, we offer a range of excellent ‘French-style’ flours, guaranteed to be regular, of the highest quality and beyond reproach from a health point of view. Convinced that we have a role to play in making farming more respectful of the environment, we are committed to virtuous practices such as CRCC® (Culture Raisonnée Contrôlée), Label Rouge and Organic Farming.
