After graduating from hospitality school, Paul Fedele managed a restaurant chain for three years before turning to journalism, driven by his passion for writing. He began his career in 1991 at Revue Technique Equip’Hôtel, then joined Néorestauration in 2001, where he became editor-in-chief. In 2009, he joined France Snacking as editor-in-chief to cover the emergence of a new generation of fast food. He later took over the publication with a partner and expanded its operations into publishing and events, before co-founding Honoré Le Mag, a magazine dedicated to modern baking. As editorial director at SFP Éditions since 2014, he has been tracking developments in the worlds of snacking and baking.
