Laurent Rault is an experienced leader in the restaurant and services sector, with over thirty years of experience at Sogeres and Sodexo. A food engineering graduate specializing in quality management, he started by overseeing training and quality at Sogeres, then went on to manage the commercial catering at the Eiffel Tower, and later all operations at Sogeres Enterprise. From 2016 to 2026, he was the Development Director at Sodexo Enterprise, where he managed large commercial teams to grow Sodexo's catering and facilities management activities in France. He currently leads quality, safety, and culinary innovation at Sodexo France.
