Lucie Caudrelier is the managing director of Fooding, a leading independent gastronomic guide and media outlet that champions a progressive and inclusive vision of cuisine. Driven by a desire to push boundaries, in 2024 she spearheaded the launch of the ‘kids’ section to highlight parenting and childhood in the restaurant industry, as well as the importance of nurturing the future. The guide has since been listing child-friendly venues, and the magazine publishes in-depth articles on the subject.
