Born in Clermont-Ferrand and trained at the École Hôtelière de La Chaise-Dieu, Arnaud Faye is a Meilleur Ouvrier de France (2019) and Executive Chef at Le Bristol Paris, whose restaurant Epicure was awarded three Michelin stars in 2025. Having worked at leading establishments, from the Ritz Paris to the Auberge du Jeu de Paume, he ran La Chèvre d’Or in Èze from 2016 to 2024, before launching the RIVYERA concept in Saint-Barthélemy. A recognised mentor, he enjoys passing on his knowledge and promoting French gastronomy around the world. A pizza enthusiast, he won the French Pizza a Due Championship in 2023 and the World Championship, in the triathlon category, in Parma in 2024.
