Since 2023, Julie Duval has been leading Oatly France, steering one of the most dynamic brands in the plant-based drinks market with a mission: to make oat a go-to for everyday life, whether in supermarkets or coffee shops. With over fifteen years of experience in the food industry, she started at Coca-Cola before joining Monster Energy in 2017 as Country Manager for France, where she tripled revenue in five years. On her own at Oatly, she built a team of 20 in three years and made Oatly Barista a benchmark for coffee professionals, now present in two-thirds of French supermarkets.
