François Blouin founded Food Service Vision in 2005. For over 20 years, he has been analyzing the economic and strategic changes in the Food Service industry, as well as the transformations of its main players, through high-quality studies, data, and insights. François Blouin also advises major companies operating in the out-of-home consumption sector on their strategy. A graduate of HEC, he started his professional career in the food and professional distribution sector.
