The World Burger Contest will bring its international contestants together for a single challenge: reinventing the burger across three categories. Within three hours, contestants must create a traditional meat or fish burger, a plant-based burger and a sweet burger. Technique, balance of flavours and creativity will be the deciding factors for the jury.
