The fourth day opens with the 8th French Neapolitan Pizza Championship. Organised by the Association des Pizzerias Françaises (APF), this competition celebrates the authenticity of a craft listed as UNESCO Intangible Cultural Heritage. Competitors go head to head on Naples' two signature recipes: the Margherita and the Marinara. Respect for tradition, mastery of technique, baking quality and technical precision will be the keys to winning the title.
