Eight teams of two professionals will go head to head in Lyon at the European Butcher Competition. Cutting, boning, trimming, tying and presentation will be used to assess the contestants' mastery of the craft. The competition will showcase precision, respect for the produce and the traditional skills of the butchery trade.
