The ‘Un Œil en Salle’ Challenge is the first public speaking competition dedicated to the service sector: front-of-house, hospitality and bar. On the theme of ‘Emotion & the Customer Experience’, the selected candidates present their vision during a final oral presentation before a jury of recognised figures from the sector. Alongside this, the ‘Défi Bar’ showcases young talent in the bar industry through a signature cocktail.
