The French Bakery Cup brings together 12 teams of three bakers from the same region. Each team includes a bread specialist, a viennoiserie specialist and an artistic bread-making specialist, who then join forces for the team snacking challenge.
Over three days, from 21 to 23 January 2027, the teams will take turns competing on the Sirha Bake stage, in the heart of Hall 3, entirely dedicated to baking. Each team works around a set theme, renewed with every edition, which must be reflected throughout their creations: flavours, shapes, decorations and buffet presentation.
Organised by Maison de la Boulangerie Loire Rhône and GL events Exhibitions, the competition celebrates the talent and expertise of the entire baking industry.
