Organised by the Confédération Nationale des Charcutiers Traiteurs (CNCT), the International Catering Cup will celebrate its 10th edition in January 2027 at Sirha Lyon. A leading international competition for professional caterers and event catering specialists, it will bring together 12 teams from around the world to showcase their expertise, creativity and capacity for innovation.
Each team consists of a captain, a teammate and a coach. The competition will crown the ICC World Champion, award second and third place, and present the Best Coach and Best Commis Awards.
The 12 participating countries, in order of competition box, are: Czech Republic (Box 1), Madagascar (Box 2), Brazil (Box 3), Mexico (Box 4), France, the host country (Box 5), Bolivia (Box 6), Italy (Box 7), Canada (Box 8), Switzerland (Box 9), Vietnam (Box 10), Spain (Box 11) and Mauritius (Box 12).
Having established itself as a benchmark in the industry, this prestigious competition celebrates excellence in the catering profession and showcases talent from around the world.
