Le Palais des Saveurs is a company that cuts and packs fresh and frozen cheeses for catering and industry. Based in Cuiseaux (71), in constant growth since its beginnings in 1993, the company currently markets more than 3,000 tonnes of cheese per year, 10% of which is exported.
We cut our products on 3 production sites, all three of which are ISO FSSC 22000 certified. We adapt to the demands of our customers: minis, grated, nuggets, slices, in trays... Our know-how has earned us the nickname: "the goldsmith of cheese" because we adapt to the demand of our customers.
Our spearhead: PDOs because they represent 65% of our cuts.
The Comté being the No. 1, we are committed to working with noble products without losing sight of innovation in order to remain an important player in the sector.
