A specialist in frozen pastries since 1995, Compagnie des Pâtissiers uses innovation to serve tradition, recreating the pastry chef's craft at scale. Our pastry chefs develop two main families of products. Produits Service (Bake Off) are ready-to-bake or ready-to-fill bases for professionals. À Partager pastries come whole or pre-cut for sharing. We work with wholesalers, bakery chains, sit-down and takeaway restaurants, snacking outlets, coffee shops and retail. Compagnie des Pâtissiers is part of Groupe MAS.
