Groupe MAS: the artisan's touch, reproduced at scale. Based in Marseille, Groupe MAS brings together two French specialists in premium frozen food. Compagnie des Pâtissiers has made frozen pastries since 1995: ready-to-bake or ready-to-fill bases, and whole or pre-cut pastries. Since 1985, Maître Pierre has made flammekueche and thin-crust tarts with a thin, braided crust in Sarrebourg. Our mission is to reproduce the pastry chef's and the cook's craft at scale, making good, high-quality French food accessible to all. We launch around 15% new products every year and serve retail, foodservice, bakeries, snacking and private-label customers in France and abroad.
