Since 1963, SOFINOR has been designing and manufacturing stainless steel equipment for professionals in the catering industry.
For kitchens, food preparation facilities and food retail outlets, the company develops safe, durable solutions designed for intensive use, wherever hygiene, safety and ergonomics are essential.
Over the years, the group has expanded its expertise through several brands: Inotech, a specialist in professional rotisseries, and Mapal, for the preparation, storage and presentation of fresh produce in the retail sector.
With 150 employees and two production sites in France and Poland, SOFINOR exports to over 70 countries.
