For over 70 years, we have partnered closely with livestock farmers to provide foodservice professionals with high-quality French meat thanks to short supply chains—from pasture to plate. Attuned to the sector's needs and trends, Socopa Restauration develops a range of meat products, butchery items, and services tailored to commercial and institutional foodservice. We work hand-in-hand with professionals to bring butcher-quality meat to every chef. With 12 sites located in the heart of major livestock-farming regions, we champion regional production and short supply chains. Slaughtering takes place near the farms to ensure optimal traceability while minimizing pollution and care about Animal welfare. Meat portioning is also carried out in our regional facilities. This proximity and local presence allow us to guarantee tasty, high-quality meat while supporting the local economy.

Our flagship event – The French Burger Cup (Coupe de France du Burger) :
