Distillerie St-Laurent
Within the Arsenal & Co group, we craft a wide range of artisanal spirits in Canada, combining creativity with technical precision. Distillerie St-Laurent is renowned for its gins, including its signature Maritime Gin infused with hand-harvested kelp seaweed from the Bas-Saint-Laurent region, as well as its experimental gins (Boréa and Citrus), its whiskies (3 Grains and Rye), its Acerum distilled from maple syrup, and its liqueurs. Alongside this, Arsenal & Co develops rum-based spirits under the Explorentum range, as well as spirits inspired by different regions of the world, with a strong emphasis on blending, spices, and distinctive aromatic profiles.
Our production methods combine traditional pot still distillation (Scottish Pot Still and Hybrid Still), extended maceration, vacuum distillation for selected citrus fruits (used for Boréa, Citrus and some of our liqueurs), and maturation in carefully selected casks. Every spirit is designed with a strong identity, a balanced and consistent flavour profile, and the reliability expected by specialist retailers and hospitality professionals, while preserving the creative freedom that defines true craft distilling.
