Philippe Morin is the Worldwide Chief Executive Officer of BRIDOR, an international specialist in premium frozen breads, pastries, and baked goods, and a subsidiary of the LE DUFF Group. Appointed Deputy CEO of the Group in 2026, he joined BRIDOR in 2015 and has since grown the company’s revenue from €500 million to €2.5 billion by combining organic growth with acquisitions in the United States, Australia, and Europe. With nearly twenty-five years of experience in executive positions in the agri-food industry—notably at the Roullier Group, Hypred, and Timac Agro—he has led numerous international development projects.
