With over 20 years’ experience in international and multi-sector environments, Marc De Oliveira has become Chief Executive Officer of Compass Group France in November 2025, having joined the group in 2024 as Chief Operating Officer. A graduate of the École Hôtelière de Paris Jean Drouant and holder of a Master’s degree in Management & Finance from the Université Évry Paris-Saclay, he has held several senior management positions within the international ISS Group in France, the United States, Latin America and the Asia-Pacific region, including that of Chairman of ISS France.
