This final day of competition continues with the 5th French Pasta Championship, organised by the Association des Pizzerias Françaises (APF) and coordinated by Diego Accettulli, mastro pastaio. As a true symbol of Italian gastronomy, pasta offers endless scope for expression to the most creative professionals. To win the title, 20 competitors go head to head in two categories: fresh pasta and dried pasta. Technique, respect for tradition, creativity and mastery of cooking will be at the heart of this competition, which celebrates the full richness of the art of pasta.
