The 2nd French Contemporary Pizza Championship takes over on this fourth day of competition. Organised by the Association des Pizzerias Françaises (APF), this contest celebrates the evolution of pizza through creations that combine tradition and innovation. Dough made with advanced fermentation techniques, carefully controlled textures and original toppings: competitors push the limits of their craft to offer a personal vision of contemporary pizza. It is a competition where technique, creativity and culinary identity come together.
