Since 1997, the French Cheesemongers Cup has celebrated French professionals in the dairy sector. Dairy retailers, cheesemongers and farmhouse cheesemakers will take part in regional heats on the theme "Cheese of the Future from Your Region". These heats will determine which contestants go on to represent France at the Mondial du Fromage in Tours.
