In 1991, Timothée Malecot founded Realinox in Saint-Étienne with a clear ambition: to manufacture stainless steel furniture for professional kitchens locally, without ever compromising on quality. The original workshop has expanded, the machinery has been modernised and the team has grown more structured—but the founding principle remains unchanged: every item is inspected by the people who made it.
Today, Realinox serves four sectors—foodservice, large-scale retail, public institutions, healthcare and food processing—with a six-person design office capable of providing quotations within 48 hours and designing a bespoke item within one week.
