KEYFOOD-HACCP is a comprehensive, user-friendly, intuitive, engaging and highly customizable software solution available across multiple platforms, including tablets, smartphones and a Web Manager. It enables users to manage, monitor and oversee operational activities.
The system provides real-time monitoring of planning and organizational tasks.
Features are accessed through an icon-based interface representing the various control procedures. Counters and progress bars allow users to monitor task completion, with automatic updates as tasks are carried out.
The solution includes user profile management, allowing staff members to be assigned to a department or team, such as the kitchen, goods receiving, production or management.
The interface is then tailored to each profile, providing users with an environment suited to their responsibilities while hiding features they do not need.
Every action is recorded, timestamped and linked to the relevant user within a digital HACCP record-keeping system, ensuring a complete history of all checks.
Settings can be customized for each site. Alerts can be created for existing control functions, with corrective actions assigned in the event of non-compliance.
The solution can also operate offline. Data is stored locally on the device and automatically synchronized when the connection is restored.
