RAMEN TAKARA FRANCE
Ramen Takara France is the French manufacturing base of Takara Sangyo Co., Ltd., a Kyoto-based Japanese company founded in 1970. For more than 50 years, Takara Sangyo has specialized in the production of authentic Japanese ramen noodles, soup bases, ramen sauces, and other ramen-related products.
Founded in 2019, Ramen Takara France operates a production facility in Amblainville, approximately one hour north of Paris. The facility was established to meet the growing demand for authentic Japanese cuisine in Europe by manufacturing high-quality ramen products locally while complying with European food safety and quality standards.
Ramen Takara France manufactures fresh ramen noodles, soup bases, sauces, and other Japanese ramen products for restaurants, distributors, and food service professionals throughout Europe. In addition to food products, we also provide professional ramen equipment and supplies.
For customers looking to open or develop a ramen restaurant, we offer comprehensive support and solutions, including product selection, kitchen equipment, operational consulting, menu development, and recipe recommendations. Our goal is to support our customers throughout their ramen business journey, from concept creation to daily operations.
We also offer customized product development (subject to consultation), helping our customers create products tailored to their specific business needs.
