Maison Godard proudly represents the Lot region in the world of gastronomy. This cannery is a family business founded in 1978 by Alain and Michèle Godard, later joined by their children Pascal and Annabel, and then by their grandson Thibaut. Across three generations, the Godard family has remained dedicated to crafting traditional foie gras, confits, pâtés, and other gourmet specialties using high-quality local ingredients, combining traditional know how with a passion for fine food.
Established in 1860, Chambon & Marrel is one of France's oldest and most respected truffle specialists. Located in the Périgord, the historic heartland of the Tuber melanosporum, the company has built an exceptional reputation for quality, expertise and authenticity over more than 165 years.
