Founded in Trieste, Italy, in 1966, Bazzara is an award-winning family roastery bringing premium and luxury Italian coffee to more than 25 countries worldwide.
For three generations, the Bazzara family has pursued excellence through its distinctive slow-roasting method and small-batch production. Its portfolio includes refined blends, single-origin, organic and decaffeinated coffees, as well as capsules and pods developed for luxury hospitality, high-end HoReCa professionals and selected online distributors.
Recognised by Forbes Italia among the “100 Italian Excellences” in the food and beverage sector, Bazzara also received the Luxury Food & Beverage Quality Award for three consecutive years: 2023, 2024 and 2025.
A Benefit Corporation since 2021, Bazzara combines quality with a strong commitment to sustainability and coffee culture. Its initiatives include a five-volume publishing series, the biennial Trieste Coffee Experts summit and the Bazzara Academy—the first Italian academy certified across all SCA modules.
