LANDALUZ, DELICES DE L'ANDALOUSIE
LANDALUZ, Andalusian Association of Food producers, born in 1990 to promote the food products of its members at national and international markets. We have more than 100 associated companies across all food sectors: vegetable and fish preserves, meat products, beverages, bakery, olive oil and table olives, pastry, legumes and spices, etc. For more than 10 years now, we also export food products with our international clients in Europe, Asia, and America.
For this edition of SIRHA Lyon 2027, we will be present with 5 of our member companies:
· Alta Expresión, COVAP (https://www.ibericoscovap.com/es/marcas/alta-expresion): 100% Iberian products: ham, ham shoulders, and cured meats with PDO Los Pedroches (Cordoba).
· Alcalá Oliva (https://www.alcalaoliva.com/): producer of Extra Virgin Olive Oil and flavoured olive oils, located in Jaen, the birthplace of olive oil.
· Casa Santoña (https://casasantona.com/): anchovies from the Cantabrian Sea and other seafood products, such as anchovies in vinegar, “gildas”, tuna preserves, etc.
· Huerta Campo Rico (https://huertacamporico.es/): producer of traditional ready-to-eat dishes from Spain and Andalusia, all vegan and 100% natural.
· Saladitos (https://www.saladitos.com/): producer of lupini beans in Seville, a product very high in protein and fiber, and low in carbohydrates.
