A&G Tartufi was born from a passion for our land, for nature, and for one of the most precious and fascinating products of Italian gastronomy.
Our agricultural company operates in Tuscany, a region renowned worldwide for the richness of its agri-food products, its gastronomic culture and the extraordinary variety of its landscapes and territories. It is precisely from this heritage that our approach to truffles was born: not simply as a premium raw material, but as a product capable of telling the story of a territory, creating emotions and becoming the protagonist of new gastronomic experiences.
Our business covers the entire process, from the cultivation and harvesting of truffles to the marketing of fresh truffles, the creation of a range of packaged truffle-based products, and the development of solutions designed to meet the specific needs of our customers.
Fresh truffles are still one of our main products. They are supplied primarily to restaurants, chefs, gourmet food stores, distributors and food industry professionals who wish to use fresh truffles as an ingredient in their preparations.
We believe in collaboration as a driving force for innovation. We work together with other companies, chefs and industry professionals to research, develop and create new truffle-based products, transforming their ideas and market needs into customized recipes and concrete business opportunities.
