IDB – Industria Dolciaria Borsari is one of Italy’s leading producers of festive leavened bakery products and a benchmark in the premium segment. With over 150 recipes, IDB produces Panettone, Pandoro, Colomba cakes and a wide assortment of bakery specialties. The company holds approximately 21% of the Italian market for small-format leavened products (80 and 100 g – Circana, 2023).
The Group operates both as a manufacturer for private label brands and through six proprietary brands, distributed across major sales channels. Its offering also includes biscuits, nougat, chocolate, viennoiserie, and other sweet specialties.
IDB is also present in retail with five boutiques and two factory outlets in Italy.
