Description

The genuine Santos grater since 1954, dedicated to cheese shops, supermarkets, pizzerias, cake shops... A wide range of discs is available to grate hard and soft cheese, chocolate, peanuts and dried fruits... Its new design facilitates cleaning and maintenance (removable housing and disc). Safety switch: the machine stops when opening the drawer or lever. Delivered with 1 standard disc with ø 3 mm holes (other discs available on demand). Average output: 50kg/hour 100% Made in France
