Description
Thermometer and Pt1000 needle probe Ø 1.5 mm. The perfect tool for measuring the core temperature of your food! This set includes:
- a high precision thermometer with alarm,
- a 10 cm long needle probe (Ø 1.5 mm with Pt1000 technology),
- suction mount to fix the thermometer to any flat surface.
The temperature probe supplied with this pack is a waterproof. This probe is not suitable for use in a Combi Oven at 200 °C for more than 2 hours.
It is possible to purchase, as an option, an additional waterproof probe, a shielded probe (not waterproof) for use in an oven up to 350 °C or a protective suitcase.
