Isabelle Aprile has nearly thirty years' experience in promoting the Foodservices sector and has been Director of Public Affairs for Sodexo in France since September 2023. Isabelle Aprile holds a postgraduate diploma in private law from the University of Paris VII, and joined Sodexo in 1991 as a lawyer. For more than 10 years, she successively held the positions of Legal Director, Administrative and Financial Director and General Secretary of various Sodexo France structures. From 2007, she was responsible for a number of structuring projects for Sodexo in France and at Group level, while also chairing La Passerelle, the new impact-based business model. She was elected President of the Syndicat National de la Restauration Collective in May 2024.
