THE ORIGINS OF ARNAUD SOUBEYRAN
Since 1837, when Mr Arnaud and Mademoiselle Soubeyran created the “Arnaud Soubeyran” brand in Montélimar, the adventure has carry on with the intense and demanding desire to satisfy the most refined palates.
A FAMILY SAGA
The Brotte and Honnoré family, since 1980, have worked on old copper cauldrons and are guardians of ancestral recipes. Thomas and Quentin Honnoré, proud of this culinary heritage, are now part of the line: Quentin in the cauldrons and Thomas in the land, producing almonds and honey, essential to the manufacture of Montélimar nougat.
6 MAJOR FAMILIES OF SWEETS
According to desires, inspirations and encounters, other confectioneries have been added to the nougat range. It is with the same demand for quality that the production of Calisson de Provence, Marshmallow and Old-Fashioned Marshmallow, Chocolate-Coated Dried Fruits and Caramels were created, forming a range of six major families of sweets.
AND ALWAYS INNOVATION
Arnaud Soubeyran also enjoys the pleasure of innovating, creating new recipes and original presentations. Among the most recent creations: salted butter caramel nougat, “tutti frutti” calisson, “Four seasons” nougats and, the latest addition to the range, “Nougat de Chez Nous”, a nougat made from raw materials produced on the family estate.
