Asamurasaki was founded in 1910 specializing in soy sauce production. In 1923, when we were honored to be appointed as a purveyor to the Imperial Household Agency, we received the name "Asamurasaki" which means soy sauce for the court. Thanks to everyone's support, we are celebrating our 115th anniversary in 2025. We produces its products with a commitment to ingredients and manufacturing methods, under the latest equipment and quality control systems.
We will work on product development with an eye on the future and challenge ourselves to create a new food culture with the desire to deliver deliciousness, safety, and inspiration.
