In view of the success of the first editions of the contest, the « Union des Crémiers Fromagers Auvergne RhÎne-Alpes » have renewed their commitment.
To promote cheese in the food service industry, this original contest brings together 8 duos of epicurean professionals (cheese & chef) who will have 2 hours in which to highlight one cheese and a hamper of different products that will only be revealed to them at the start of the contest.
The cheese preparation will be arranged on plates for tasting by a jury that will decide on the winning duo.
