The vineyard, an example of climate resilience?
The culture of the vine, emblematic of the French terroir, is representative of the extreme fragility of agriculture in the face of the vagaries of the climate. While winegrowers have always adapted their practices to their environment, and while ancestral practices are promoted by some renowned properties, the actors of the vineyard are experimenting with new techniques.
Between ancestral practices and innovations, how and why should the vineyard become an example of resilience to global warming?
